Mix liquid ingredients together and add quarter slices of fruit and enjoy!

(Drink responsibly!)

What you'll need:


1-Bottle of red or white wine

8 ozs clear, lemony soda or tonic

1/2 cup of Brandy (optional)

Red and green apple

Orange and lemon

Strawberries

1-9 inch frying pan;

(non-stick)

Slice potatoes by 1/2 inch and fry in olive oil until fork slides in with little effort. Let cool. Saute the onions separately and then mix with the eggs and the rest of the ingredients. When the potatoes are no longer hot, lightly mash them and then stir them into the egg mixture. Pour a large ladle worth of mixture into 9 inch frying pan that has been lightly pre-heated with a teaspoon of olive oil. Cover and flip over once the bottom half of mixture is firm. Fry until lightly golden. 


Optional: add sauteed, crushed tomato to the top. This is a Catalan addition.

What you'll need:


1-large potato

4-medium sized eggs

1/4 cup onion

A dash of garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Core the tomatoes and remove the seeds from the cucumber. Blend the ingredients until liquified, but not too long or it will become frothy. Serve chilled. (Gazpacho can be made a million ways. Be creative and experiment.)

1/3 c olive oil

1/4 c balsamic wine vinegar

Salt & pepper to taste

4-vine ripened tomatoes

1/2 a small cucumber

1/2 a red or grn bell pepper

1/3 c of onion
